There are songs you can listen to on repeat… that just overwhelm your senses or get you into a groove through which you can put on your headphones, isolate, and do what you will. LEAVE THEM ALL BEHIND by RIDE is one of those songs for me. I could take the opening keyboard sequence and make a 30-minute loop of it, over and over and over… and it would help me immensely to focus.
