Just discovered a great music blog, Slicing Up Eyeballs: The Legacy of ’80s College Rock, that has a story about the Pixies working up a deluxe reissue of Doolittle. This comes hot on the heels of Black Francis himself turning up on this coming weekend’s episode of the awesome Sound Opinions radio show doing a “classic album dissection” of said LP.
This Omnibus Edition of Doolittle is set to include a surround sound mix, the album’s demos, and possibly even a blu-ray disc. Click the above headline for more info.
